The Way of Shadows by Brent Weeks Sometimes I get books to review that I know I'll love before I even get started. I suppose certain story-lines appeal to me and for some reason I find fiction that features assassins to be really intriguing. I had seen the Night Angel series by Brent Weeks featured on Orbit's homepage and I knew I had to read these books. Luckily for me Orbit is releasing one book a month in this trilogy...

I finished Beyond the Shadows, the third and final book in the Night Angel trilogy last night, and it was excellent. Overall, probably my favorite series of the year. Since I wasn't happy with my reviews of Coe's book and or the last Night Angel book, I'm am going to do something different. Just a quick post for Brent Weeks fans. I noticed online that bn.com lists Beyond the Shadows as now shipping. It wasnt in any of my local stores. I tried Borders today at lunch, and they had several copies...so if you can't wait for book 3 in The Night Angel Trilogy..check one of your local bookstores. You might get lucky. I know what I will start reading this evening while watching the monday
